Subscription fees and applicable charges are displayed on the platform. Fees are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
Obiram may use third-party payment processors and is not responsible for payment gateway failures, banking errors, or transaction delays.
Where merchants accept payments directly (e.g., cash, mobile wallets, manual transfers), Obiram does not process, hold, or verify funds. Merchants are solely responsible for managing payments, refunds, and disputes arising from such transactions.
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and logos related to Obiram are the property of Nextup Global Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.
Any non-public information shared between you and Obiram must be kept confidential and may not be disclosed without written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services. Upon termination, access to your account may be disabled and data may be deleted.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Obiram makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
